Teams from each of the six district middle schools compete in a tournament toward the end of each trimester. Fall trimester sports are flag football and co-ed volleyball. Winter trimester sports are co-ed soccer, boys basketball, and girls basketball. Spring trimester sports are boys softball and girls softball. Interested students may also participate in the middle school track meet in the spring.
