Principal's Message                                                                                                            

On May 13th we begin our statewide testing schedule. The results of our statewide testing give teachers a direct indicator as to how well our students are learning academic standards. Please support your child to do his or her very best by ensuring that they are in school and on time. Please make sure your child gets plenty of rest and has a good nutritional breakfast in the morning. Please remind your child that they have learned much information this year and all they need to do now is put forth their best effort.

Yearbook in Progress!!
 
Morrison is going to have a yearbook this year and we need your pictures! If you have taken pictures from Chuck E Cheese Night, holiday performances, soccer games or any other school function we would appreciate a copy of your pictures on a CD. The CD's will not be returned so please just send us a copy of your pictures and not your original CD.
 
 
BOX TOPS for Education

Our Box Tops for Education drive was a huge success thanks to the help of so many great parents who helped make banners and flyers. Our fourth grade team was lead by Mrs. Greenidge's class who counted and collected over 5,590 Box Tops!

Mrs. Greenidge's official BOX TOPS collectors were Tamara, Andrew, Natalie, Joseph, Ixamara, Nathan, keishon, and Emily. Their "BOX TOP Substitue" was Evan. These nine kids collected, counted, cut, and glued every single BOX TOP. They also checked the expiration date on each BOX TOP. 
 
Reflections Winners!
On February 26th 2013, Morrison was able to honor the Norwalk/ La Mirada Council Reflection Contest winners. Morrison's winners were:

Help Wanted
