The English as a Second Language (ESL) program is for non and limited English speakers who wish to learn, speak, read, and write English.

  • Morning, and evening
  • Five levels for beginning, intermediate, or advanced students
  • Introduction to and practice of everyday conversation, to prepare for work or school, and for other real-life needs.
  • Offer specialized classes in Pronunciation, Parenting and Citizenship
  • Offer alternative ways to learn such as the Distance Learning Program which uses DVD's and work packets that are checked out and taken home.
NLMAS El program de Inglés Como Segundo Idoma (ESL) es para aquellas personas que deseen aprender hablar, leer, y escribir en inglés
 

  • Por la mañana, y noche
  • Cinco niveles desde principiantes hasta avanzados
  • Introducción y desarrollo del inglés oral, escrito para conversacion, en preparación para el trabajo o para los estudios según las necesidades del estudiante.
  • Ofrecémos clases especiales en pronunciación, para padres de familia, y ciudadanía.
  • Ofrecémos maneras alternativas para aprender inglés como el programa de Inglés a Distancia que utiliza DVDs y paquetes de estudio que Ud puede usar en su casa.

ESL Classes at Norwalk Campus
   M-F     8:15 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
   M-Th   5:45 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. 
 
Pronunciation and Fluency at Norwalk Campus 
  W/Th   12:45 p.m. - 2:45 p.m.

Fees*
 
ESL classes:  $20 per trimester
Pronunciation & Fluency:  $10 per trimester.  Free for registered ESL students.
